Go Tell It On the Mountain

The kids will be singing several Christmas carols for us on Sunday. Go Tell It On the Mountain is attributed in most hymnals to John W. Work, Jr. It started as a Negro spiritual and has since spread to be a cheerful carol enjoyed by kids and adults around the world. It's a fitting closing for the pageant as it brings us through the Christmas story and, with each chorus, sends us out to share the good news of Jesus' birth.
